5 Amazing Italian-Mexican Recipes
Here at Pierinos, we love Mexican food almost as much as we love Italian food. And even though it may sound unconventional, we’ve noticed that fusing the two together can make for some delicious dinners. When you think about it, the two share a lot of similarities that make for a perfect combination: zesty tomato sauces, carbs in the form of tortillas or pasta, and of course, loads of cheese.

Mexican lasagna. This is by far one of the most popular Italian-Mexican fusion dishes, and for good reason– it’s incredible!
